The first flavored whiskey from The St. Louis Distillery, Cardinal Sin WRATH uses our single malt whiskey base and then adds a cinnamon stick and chili pepper directly to each bottle. When tasting, you will first get the cinnamon flavor that then quickly transforms into a bit of heat from the red chili pepper. The chili pepper gives off nearly all of its flavor in the first month in the bottle, but the cinnamon stick will continue to elute into the spirit over time giving you a evolution of flavor.
